Where are individual appointments held?
Individual appointments are held in Owasso, Oklahoma, primarily serving clients from Owasso, Tulsa and the surrounding area. The exact appointment details are provided when the consultation is confirmed.
Do you travel for appointments?
Travel is available for organized fraternity, corporate and other group fittings. Individual clients ordinarily come to Owasso.
How long does a custom garment take?
Normal production is approximately 45 days after the order, cloth and design are finalized. Consultation, shipping, final fitting and any refinements require additional time, so clients with a fixed event date should begin early.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Bring the occasion or problem you want the clothing to solve. Wearing a shirt, trousers and shoes similar to what you normally wear can also help us understand your preferences. Existing garments may be useful when there is something about their fit you particularly like or dislike.
Which garments are available?
Rowlett & Lane offers made-to-measure suits, sport coats, trousers and shirts, along with coordinated wardrobe planning and clothing for weddings or other important occasions.
Which fabric collections are offered?
Principal mill selections include Ermenegildo Zegna, Vitale Barberis Canonico and Loro Piana. The catalog also includes Corsini Lana, New Empire, Heritage, Nobility, 1000 High Twist, Nishioka Orimono and Corsetti Shirts. Availability varies by season and garment.
Are my measurements retained?
Yes. Measurements, fit observations and prior selections are retained to make future orders easier. Fit can still change over time, so we may recommend a measurement review before a later order.
How do fraternity and group fittings work?
We first discuss the group size, location, desired garments and important dates. Rowlett & Lane then coordinates a fitting format, an edited set of options and individual measurement profiles for each participant.
